摘要
作为我国第十个国家级新区,自批准成立至今,其建设进程和效果是东北地区乃至国家层面亟需了解和掌握的基础信息。通过对新区从2013年-2015年在建设用地、建成区范围、道路、重要基础设施、填海造陆等方面变化情况进行监测和统计分析,为新区建设发展提供数据支持和指导。
As China's tenth state-level new district,since the approval was established,its construction process and effect is the basic information that needs to be understood and mastered in the northeast region and even at the national level.Through monitoring and statistical analysis of construction land,built-up area,roads,critical infrastructure,reclamation and other changes from 2013-2015,the monitoring data can be used to provide data support and guidance for the development of new district.
