摘要
该系统采用地理信息系统和Android技术,以C#语言、Arc Engine的二次开发应用以为基础,结合组件式GIS开发技术,从系统总体设计、系统数据库设计、系统功能设计、移动端的功能设计等方面实现海上溢油对海水、沉积物及生物质量影响的监测与评价,实现了溢油事件管理、监测方案编制、监测任务下达、现场信息采集、上传及接收、监测数据分析评价和监测工具及系统使用方法的多媒体展示功能。该系统界面美观,功能详细,方便易用,可以有效的提高人们对海上溢油的应对效率,对溢油给海水、沉积物及生物质量造成的影响作出快速准确的判断。
The system adopts GIS and Android technology,based on the secondary development application of C#nd Arc Engine,combined with component GIS technology.This paper realize the monitoring and assessment of the impact of seawater,sediment and biological quality of oil spill from the aspects of system design,system database design,system function design,the function design of mobile terminal.And this paper also realize the oil spill incident management,the monitoring plan preparation,monitoring task,field information collection,upload and receiving,monitoring data analysis method evaluation and monitoring tools and system using multimedia display function.The system interface is beautiful,functional and detailed,easy to use,can effectively improve the efficiency of people to deal with the oil spill,the oil-spill made accurate judgment to the influence of seawater,sediment and biological quality caused by.
