摘要
在流通体系中于-0.2V(相对于AgCl/Ag电极)电位下把试样中的汞富集在工作电极上,于+0.35V电位下使富集的汞在Luminol-CN--Cu2+溶液中溶出,溶出的汞使Luminol-CN--Cu2+溶液化学发光强度减弱,化学发光减弱程度与汞浓度成正比,据此测定Hg2+浓度. 本法的选择性较好,检出限为3.3×10-10g/mL,线性范围为1.0×10-7~1.0×10-9g/mL,对1.0×10-7g/mL的汞七次平行测定的相对标准偏差为2.9%,成功地用于雨水和井水中汞的测定.
A method is described for the determination of mercury divided and concentrated with electrochemistry by quenching of the Chemiluminescence Signal of luminol—CN -—Cu2+.The method is based on the fact that mercury(Ⅱ) reacts with cyanide to form Hg(CN)42- The method is sensitive and the limit of diction is 3.3×10-10g/mL; the concentration of mercury(Ⅱ) is 1.0×10-7 ~1.0×10-9g/mL. The relative standard deviation for 1.0×10-7g/mL of mercury is 2.9%(n=7). The method has been used for the determination of mercury(Ⅱ) in water with satisfactied result.
