摘要
为提高导航、制导与引信等系统的探测灵敏度、抗干扰性和微小型化,提出了一种基于隧道磁电阻(TMR)效应的微磁物理场探测新体制。讨论了导航、制导及引信等系统实现基于TMR的微磁物理场探测需解决的几个关键技术。分别就TMR磁探测基本技术理论、三维TMR磁探测器的高灵敏度实现技术及其电路的设计、目标探测与识别等问题进行了分析和阐述,并给出了其基本技术途径。最后对该体制的应用前景进行了展望。
The purpose of this study is to improve the detecting sensitivity and anti-interference of navigation and guidance systems. A kind of new micro-magnetic-field detecting system,which is based on tunnel magneto-resistance( TMR) effect,is proposed. Some key techniques on micro-magnetic detection of navigation and guidance systems are discussed,and some relational technical measures are analyzed,including fundamental theory about TMR micro-magnetic detector,high sensitivity three-dimensional TMR micro-magnetic detector and its circuit design methods,target detection and recognition,etc. Finally,the applied development of detecting system is prospected.
