摘要 为研究复合材料蒙皮抗冰雹冲击性能,基于弹塑性模型,考虑应变率强化效应和脆性断裂行为,建立冰雹动态本构模型。根据冰雹撞击传感器实验数据修正冰雹模型参数。通过引入三维Hashin失效准则和内聚力界面元,模拟复合材料的纤维断裂、基体压溃和脱粘分层损伤破坏行为。建立复合材料层合板抗冰雹冲击的数值模型来研究不同冲击速度下的动态响应和损伤特性。数值结果表明:针对复合材料层合板构型,冲击失效阈值能量为232 J;冲击载荷峰值和冲击点位移随冲击速度的增大而增大,但增幅趋缓;分层损伤面积与冲击速度近似呈线性关系;相邻层的铺层角度差为90°时,层间分层现象更为显著。 Composite materials have been widely used in the new commercial airliners. To study the hail impact resistance of composite skin,a dynamic constitutive model of hailstones is established based on elastic-plastic model with consideration of the strain rate strengthening effect and brittle fracture behavior.The proposed model is modified according to the impact experimental data. 3D Hashin failure criteria and cohesive interface element are introduced to simulate the fiber breakage,matrix crushing and delamination of composite materials. Accordingly a numerical model is established to analyze the dynamic response and damage property of the composite skin impacted by hailstones. The numerical results show that the failure threshold energy is 232 J for the laminated composite panel. Impact load and midpoint displacement increase with impact velocity,but slowing down. The damaged delamination area shows a linear relationship with the impact velocity,and a more distinct delamination occurs between the orthogonal adjacent plies.
