摘要
保密作为主体维护自身生存、安全和利益的特殊活动和实践方式,有着重要的价值。保密价值就其内涵而言,是其内在价值与外在价值的统一,即秘密的价值和保守秘密的活动的价值的总和。与一般价值相比,保密价值具有五个显著特点:特殊的主体性、激烈的竞争性、突出的时代性、整体的关联性和实现的隐蔽性。
Confidentiality is a special activity and practice for the subject to protect his own right of survival,security and interest and hence is of great value. As far as its connotation,the value of confidentiality is the integration of both internal and external value,in other words,it is the sum of the value of the secret and the activity of keeping this secret. Comparing with general value,there are five characteristics： special subjectivity,heated competition,salient character of time,wholesome relatedness and disguised realization.
