变截面锥形集束钢管拱制作技术

摘要 肋拱桥中拱肋一般采用哑铃形断面、横向哑铃形桁拱断面和多肢桁式(格构式)断面的钢管混凝土肋拱形式,芜湖袁泽桥在我国首次采用了变截面锥形集束钢管混凝土肋拱的结构形式。介绍芜湖袁泽桥钢管拱的制作工艺、大跨径空间变截面钢管拱的线形控制,以及在施工过程中焊接工艺、预拼装工艺的优化措施。 The forms of ribbed arch with concrete-filled steel tube can be divided into dumbbell-shaped crosssection,transverse dumbbell-shaped braced arch cross-section and multi-arch trussed(lattice)cross-section.The structural form of tapered cluster steel tubular arch with variable cross-section was adopted in Wuhu Yuanze Bridge for the first time in China.This article described the manufacturing technology of Wuhu Yuanze steel tubular arch bridge,alignment control of long-span spatial steel tubular arch with variable cross-section,as well as the optimization measures for welding and pre-assembly in the construction process.
