摘要
设计的激光计数系统利用激光的方向性好、抗干扰能力强的特点,在不改变原仪表结构的情况下,对轮式计量仪表进行计数。激光发射与接收只需安装在轮式计量仪表正面的透明介质表面,用于接收轮式计量仪表如水表的第一转轮齿槽或仪表底板反射的激光束。转轮在流体介质驱动下旋转时反射的激光脉冲信号代表了流量信号,因此,可用于轮式计量仪表出厂前的误差校验与使用时的远程抄表。在不改变原有仪表结构的基础上,提高了计数的准确性,降低了操作成本,满足了轮式计量仪表的误差校验、远程抄表等操作的需要。
The designed laser counting system with the characteristics of good directionality and anti-interference ability can count for wheeled instruments without changing their original structure. The transmitting and receiving devices of laser need to be installed simply on the surface of the transparent medium on the front of wheeled measuring instruments,which are used to receive the laser beam reflected from the first rotating gear of instruments such as the water meter or the bed plate of instruments. The laser pulse signal reflected from rotating wheel driven by fluid medium represents the flow signal. Therefore,it can be used for error checking before delivery or remote meter reading. In the condition of keeping the original structure,the system improve the accuracy of counting,decrease the cost of operation,meet the requirements of error checking of wheeled measuring instrument and remote meter reading.
