摘要
简要分析了苏桥煤矿筛选配煤工艺存在的问题,阐述了苏桥煤矿加工系统技术改造的必要性及方案设计的主要原则和工艺设计的基本条件,从工程新增建构筑物及设备、破碎系统布置方案、配煤系统布置方案、技改方案设计等方面对工程方案进行探讨,结合设备选型从改造新增产值测算、投资估算、劳动定员、配煤破碎系统运行成本分析对改造方案进行经济效果分析。分析研究表明,采用就地分级破碎方案可有效提高产品的附加值及企业的经济效益。
This paper analyzed the existing problems of screening and coal blending process of Suqiao coal mine generally, the necessity, main principal of plan design and basic condition of process design of processing system technological transformation of Suqiao coal mine were demonstrated, from aspects such as additional new structures and equipment in engineering, the layout scheme of crushing system , layout scheme of coal blending system and technological transformation plan design, the engineering plan was discussed in detail, and combining with the equipment selection, from aspects such as additional output value evaluation of transformation, the investment estimation, labour capacity determination and operation cost analysis of coal blending and crushing system, the economic effect analysis of transformation plan was analyzed. The research showed that using classification broken program on the spot could improve the additional value of the production and the economic profits of enterprise.
