临床微生物学的快速发展,使实验室主任面临机遇和挑战。临床微生物实验室主任的作用是向临床提供技术及医疗咨询服务,参与多层次的教育培训计划,开展临床微生物学相关领域的科学研究,对实验室运作中的人员、设备、试剂耗材、方法、质量、信息、项目、环境、安全、感染控制、公共卫生与反恐等工作进行全方位管理。
The laboratory director encountered both opportunities and challenges due to rapid development of clinical microbiology. The role of clinical microbiology laboratory director is to provide technical and medical consultation, to participate education and training program of different levels, to do scientific research in the field of clinical microbiology, to manage the whole operation of laboratory including staff, instrument, reagents, consumptive materials, methods, quality, information system, items, environment, safety, infection control, public health and anti-terrorists.
