摘要
目的:观察黄连解毒汤加味治疗缺血性中风临床疗效。方法:随机抽取我院60例缺血性中风患者,根据治疗方法进行分组,对照组实施常规方法治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用黄连解毒汤加味治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组(66.7%),两组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组神经功能恢复更为明显,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:黄连解毒汤加味治疗缺血性中风,临床效果明显,可改善患者神经功能,且安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian jiedu Decoction in treating ischemic stroke. Method: A random sample of 54 patients with ischemic stroke was divided into control group and observation group, the control group received routine conventional treatment while the observation group received Huanglian jiedu Decoction on the basis of the conventional treatment, the clinical efficacy of patients in two groups was compared. Result: The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); the neural functional recovery of the observation group was more significant, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Huanglian jiedu Decoction had a significant effect in treating ischemic stroke, it could improve patients' neural function and had security, therefore, it was worth clinical promoting.
