摘要
目的:观察针刺治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:针刺治疗主穴取颧髎、下关、合谷。第1支痛配攒竹、阳白、鱼腰、率谷;第II支痛配四白、迎香;第III支痛配夹承浆、颊车、翳风。结果:62例病例中痊愈32例(51.6%),显效19例(30.6%),有效8例(12.9%),无效3例(4.9%),总有效率达95.1%。结论:针刺治疗三叉神经痛疗效好,且安全性高。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： Acupuncture treatment was applied in the main acupoint such as Quanliao, Xiaguan and Hegu. Results： 32 patients （51.6%） were cured; 19 patients （30.6%） were obviously effective; 8 patients （12.9%） were effective; 3 patients （4.9%） were invalid. The total efficiency was 95.1%. Conclusion： Acupuncture was effective on trigeminal neuralgia, with high safety.
