摘要
为减少订单分拣距离和分拣差错率,研究仓库物料的货位指派问题,提出一体化的基于物料聚类的货位指派优化方法.使用概率和集合定量描述物料关联性,建立物料聚类模型和物料聚合类的指派模型,并在ILOG CPLEX优化软件上求解,完成物料聚合类中所有物料的具体货位分配后,用库存调整原则对基于物料聚类的货位布局微调,满足物料的特殊要求和布局目标整体最优.验证结果显示,16种物料聚合为7类时订单分拣距离最短,为536单位距离.对比随机货位分配和基于频率的货位分配方法,基于物料聚类的货位指派优化方法的总分拣距离分别减少了18.54%和10.37%.
To reduce order picking distance and decrease picking error rate about storage location assignment,this paper proposed one integrated optimization method of storage location assignment based on materials clustering analysis, applied probability and set to measure the association of materials,built a materials clustering model and an assignment model of clustered group both solved by ILOG CPLEX,then completed the specific assignment and practically fine adjustment to meet the unique needs of materials and overall optimization. A case shows that total order picking distance is shortest as 16 materials clustered 7 groups. Compared with stochastic storage assignment and frequency-based storage assignment,storage location assignment based on materials clustering analysis decreases total order picking distance by 18.54% and 10.37%.
