摘要
目的:探讨更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合干扰素球结膜下注射在治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的临床疗效。方法:将76例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组36例,治疗组用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼联合重组人a-干扰素球结膜下注射治疗,对照组仅用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为87.5%,平均治愈天数为17.2d,对照组治愈率为83.3%,平均治愈天数为26.5d,两组治愈率无明显差别,但治疗组的平均治愈时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合干扰素球结膜下注射在治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)中能明显缩短病程,疗效确切。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of the combined eyeball subconjunctival injection of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel with interferon in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis（HSK）.Methods：76 cases of HSK were randomized into treatment group（40 cases）and control group（36 cases）.The treatment group used the combined eyeball subconjunctival injection of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel with recombinant human a-interferon,while the control group adopted only ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in treatment.Results：The curative rate was 87.5% in treatment group,with average curative time of 17.2d,while 83.3% in control group and with the average curative time of 26.5d.There was of no obvious difference between both groups in curative rate,but average treating days were obviously shortened for treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combined eyeball subconjunctival injection of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel with interferon in treatment of HSK has better curative effect and can obviously shorten the regimem.
