摘要
机械立式夹钳在平常使用过程中偶尔会发生转锁动作不灵活、"空中自动打开"等故障。从立式夹钳工作原理,结合现场事故现象,分析找出夹钳故障原因,并通过相关工艺措施避免故障重复发生,消除了安全隐患。
There are some failures occasionally occurred on mechanical vertical tongs during normal use, such as inflexible rotating and ＂automatic open in the air＂. From the operational principle of vertical tongs, this paper analyzes the failure causes of vertical tongs combined with the real accidents of damage on site, to avoid the repeated damages by vertical tongs through the relative process improvement, so as to eliminate the unsafety hidden risks.
