盐227-4HF井是胜利油田在济阳坳陷东营凹陷北部陡坡构造带盐227井砂砾岩体较高部位部署的一口非常规长裸眼长水平井,为低孔特低渗透储层。针对该井钻井液技术难点,二开和三开使用聚合物防塌钻井液和聚合物胶束封堵防塌钻井液;该组钻井液性能稳定,具有良好的综合性能,能满足钻井施工需要,可维护易坍塌地层的井壁稳定,应用于三开井径扩大率为3.11%,起下钻和电测、下套管作业顺利,电测一次成功率100%,提前37.75 d完钻,且安全高效钻进。
Well YAN 227 -4HF is an nonconventional long open hole and long horizontal well in a low porosity ultra - low permeability reservoir in Shengli Oilfield, constructed at the higher part of the glutenite at Well YAN 227 that is located on the steep slope structural belt in the north of Dongying depression of Jiyang depression basin. In consideration of the technical difficulties related to the application of drilling fluid in this well, a polymer anti - collapse drilling fluid and a polymer micelle plugging and anti - collapse drilling fluid were used in the second spuding and the third spuding respectively. This group of drilling fluids has stable properties and good overall performance, and can satisfy the requirement of drilling operation as well as maintain the wellbore stability. In the third spuding, borehole diameter was enlarged by 3.11%, the operation of tripping, electrical logging and casing running was carried out smoothly with first - time success rate of electrical logging of 100%. Drilling was finished 37.75 d in advance and was safe and efficient.
