摘要
葛洲坝电站利用机组水轮机改造增容的契机,对4号机组的上导轴承结构进行改造换型,将原来的抗重螺栓结构改造为可调楔子板球面支柱式结构,使用该结构是根据国内外大、中型电站机组的运行情况综合评估的结果。改造完成后,上导轴承瓦温及各工况下的上导摆度均在技术要求范围之内,试验过程中各部位振动正常,总体运行良好,提高了机组运行的可靠性和稳定性。
During the capacity expansion upgrading of hydro-turbine units in Gezhouba Hydropower Station , a renovation on the upper guide bearing in the No .4 unit is also carried out , in which the original gravity resistant bolt structure is re-placed by an adjustable wedge plate spherical support structure .This type of bearing structure is widely adopted in large to medium size units worldwide .After the renovation , the unit operates well as the bearing temperature and swinging of the upper guide bearing under various operation conditions are in the range of technical requirements and vibration of each part of the unit is normal .Also, the reliability and stability of the unit are improved .
