摘要
2014年起,国家电网公司将电网基建工程投资预算管理纳入公司"两上两下"全面预算管理体系,淮北公司认真落实网省公司要求,坚持业务与财务协同融合理念,围绕"源头、过程、末端"三个环节,加强电网工程投资预算全过程管控,真实全面反映工程各项费用预算执行情况。经过近两年的实践,电网工程投资预算管理机制逐步建立和完善,预算价值引领作用日益显现,电网工程精益化管理水平不断提升。
The State Grid Corporation has put the grid infrastructure project investment budget management into the ″two rounds″ comprehensive budget management system since 2014,Huaibei Power Company puts the claim into effect seriously,insists the synergy concept of business and finance around the″source,process and end″ three key points,strengthens the entire process control of the grid infrastructure project investment budget management,reflects the implementation of the budget of the project truly and comprehensively. After nearly two years of practices,the grid project investment budget management mechanism has been established and improved gradually,the value leading role of the budget has appeared,and the level of the grid engineering lean management has been promoted.
