摘要
基于价值工程对机电产品设计方案进行模糊综合评价,建立价值评价的指标体系、权重集、因素集以及隶属度函数,建立价值分析的功能、成本以及价值评价的模糊综合评价模型.在此基础上,对磁悬浮感应异步电机各零部件的功能、成本以及最终价值进行了模糊综合评价.分析可知:其线圈绕组和定子铁芯冲片的价值系数很接近于1,其功能与成本基本匹配;无轴转子的价值系数明显小于1,说明在相应的功能上投入的成本过多,应想办法降低成本;而轴承的价值系数明显大于1,说明在相应的功能上投入的成本过少,零件的功能得不到发挥,或者其功能设计得非常合理,因此,必须对该零部件的功能和成本重新进行设计与分析.
Based on the value engineering,the fuzzy synthetical evaluation on the electromechanical products design is carried out,and the evaluation index system,weight set,factor set and membership function are set up.The function,cost and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of value analysis are set up.Furthermore,the fuzzy evaluation of the function,cost and final value of the magnetic induction motor is also carried out.Analysis shows that when the value coefficient of coil winding and stator lamination is very close to 1,its function and cost are basically matched;when the value coefficient of the non-axis rotor is obviously less than 1,the corresponding function is over absorbed cost;when the value coefficient of the bearing is obviously higher than 1,the cost is too low to support the components function or the reasonable design of the function.Therefore,it is necessary to re-design and analyze the function and cost of the component.
