摘要
目的评价某疾控机构后勤服务社会化的效果。方法在每个部门进行访谈,了解职工对后勤社会化工作的满意度。结果访谈职工对后勤服务社会化模式的满意度为94.12%。餐饮服务和水电维修满意度较低,分别为56.25%、43.75%。结论探索具有自身特色的后勤社会化模式,将有效提高后勤服务质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the socialization of logistics service in a disease control agency.MethodsEverydepartment in the agency was investigated to know their satisfaction to the socialization of the logistics.ResultsThesatisfaction rate of the staff on the socialization of logistics mode is 94.12%. The satisfaction rates for catering services andutilities maintenance are relatively low,that were 56.25% and 43.75% respectively.ConclusionExploration of thesocialization of logistics mode with its own characteristics will improve the quality of logistics services effectively.
