摘要
目的观察软肝再生颗粒联合恩替卡韦治疗对慢性乙型肝炎血清肝纤维化指标的影响,评估此方案抗肝纤维化及肝功能复常的疗效。方法 148例患者随机分为治疗组76例,对照组72例;治疗组给予软肝再生颗粒12 g/包,3次/天,恩替卡韦0.5 mg/d,对照组给予恩替卡韦0.5 mg/d,疗程均为96周。于48周、96周观察两组患者的肝功能、肝纤维化指标、超声门静脉主干内径、脾脏厚度、Fibscan检测肝脏硬度值。结果治疗48周时,治疗组肝功能、肝纤维化指标、肝脏硬度值较治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗96周时差异更明显(P<0.01)。治疗96周时,与对照组相比,肝功能恢复、肝纤维化指标、肝脏硬度值、门静脉主干内径、脾脏厚度下降值均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论软肝再生颗粒联合恩替卡韦治疗可较好地改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标,提示两药合用具有较好的抗纤维化效果。
Objective To study the impact of Ruangan Zaisheng granules combined with Entecavir on hepatic fibrosislevel resulting from chronic hepatic B,in order to evaluate its therapeutic effect of anti- fibrosis and liver- functionnormolization. Methods A total of 148 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into treatment group（76 cases） andcontrol group（72 cases） randomly.The treatment group received combined therapy of Ruangan Zaisheng granules（12 g/capsuletid）,3 times/d and Entecavir（0.5 mg/d）,while the control group received Entecavir（0.5 mg/d）.Both treatments lasted for 96 weeks.Liver function,hepatic fibrosis level,internal diameter of portal vein trunk,splenic thickness and liver stiffness in eachgroup were checked at 48 th week and 96 th week. Results There was statistical significance（P〈0.05）in liver-function,hepatic fibrosis level and liver stiffness at 48 th weeks when compared with pre- treatent data,and the statistical differencebecame much more signicifant（P〈0.01）at 96 th week. There was more significant decrease in liver function,hepatic fibrosislevel,internal diameter of portal vein trunk,splenic thickness and liver stiffness（P〈0.05） in treatment group at 96 th week.Conclusion Combination therapy of Ruangan Zaisheng granules with Entecavir can significantly ameliorate the hepaticfibrosis level in chronic hepatic B,which indicate that the combination therapy possesses more effective antifibrotic effect inchronic hepatic B.
