摘要
目的探讨闭合性胭动脉损伤的早期诊断和手术治疗的临床疗效。方法2010年6月-2013年9月，早期诊断、手术治疗闭合性胭动脉损伤患者12例，行胭动脉吻合9例，大隐静脉移植2例，人工血管桥接1例，均进行小腿骨筋膜室切开减压。结果患肢全部成活。参照英国医学研究会感觉功能恢复评价标准评价患肢感觉恢复情况：S22例，S35例，S3＋2例，S43例。踝关节活动度参照Kofoed评分标准：优8例，良2例，可2例。结论对早期诊断胭动脉闭合性损伤者应及时探查修复，尽早恢复患肢远端血液循环，及时行骨筋膜室切开减压，可降低胭动脉闭合性损伤患者的截肢及致残风险，有利于患肢功能恢复。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of early diagnosis and operation in closed injury of popliteal artery. Methods From July 2010 to September 2013, 12 case were performed exploratory operation, and the popliteal artery were anastomosed in 9 cases, great saphenous vein were transplanted in 2 cases, artificial blood vessel were bridged in 1 case, all were performed bone ~ascial bursa incision decompression of leg. Results The injured limb all survived. According to the feeling function evaluation standard issued by BMkC, $2 in 2 cases, $3 in 5 cases, $3＋ in 2 cases, $4 in 3 cases. According to Kofoed evaluation standard, the motion of ankle-joint was excellent in 10 cases, good in 2 cases. Conclusion It should be explored and repaired close injury of popliteal artery in early , and as far as possible to restore the distal limb blood circulation, and bone fascial bursa incision decom pression was performed, which can reduce the risk of amputation and disability, and can do in favour of the recovery of injured limb.
