摘要
利用自制的降雨喷淋装置模拟Cu在酸雨条件下的大气腐蚀行为。采用腐蚀失重分析方法,研究了纯铜在不同p H、Cl-、SO42-和NO3-的模拟酸雨溶液中的腐蚀速率。结果表明,在不同的p H、Cl-、SO42-和NO3-的模拟酸雨溶液中,纯铜的腐蚀速率有很大差异,p H和Cl-对纯铜的加速腐蚀作用较明显,而SO42-和NO3-对纯铜的加速腐蚀作用较轻微。
The corrosion behavior of Cu in simulated acid rain atmospheric environment was studied with a self-designed simulated raining system, which can control rainfall and pressure close to the actual level. The corrosion rate of Cu was calculated in simulated acid rain solution with different p H values and erosion ions(SO42-, NO3-, Cl-) by the method of weight loss. The results show that the corrosion rates of pure copper in simulated acid rain of different p H,Cl-,SO42- and NO3- are different. The effect of p H and Cl- is significant on the accelerated corrosion of pure copper, while the effect of SO42- and NO3- is slight on the accelerated corrosion of pure copper.
