摘要
对新开发的轧辊用锻造高速钢的热处理工艺进行研究,分析淬火及回火工艺对材料组织和性能的影响。研究发现,随着淬火温度的提高,碳化物不断溶解,晶粒持续长大;而在回火过程存在着明显的"二次硬化"现象。研究结果表明,经过1 040℃淬火+520℃回火后,该新型锻造高速钢的硬度可达94.3HSD,满足冷轧工作辊的使用要求。
The paper studies heat treamtment to new forged high-speed steel rolls and analyses the influence of quenching and tempering processes on the mierostructure and properties of materials to reveal that grains keep growing and carbides keeps melting with the increase of quenching temperature and there is abvious "secondary hardening" phenomenon in tempering process. The new forged high-speed steel roll can obtain hardness as high as 94.3HSD after being subject to quenching at 1 040℃ and tempering at 520℃ and meet the requirement on cold mill rolls.
