一种基于波形特征的12导联心电信号质量的估计方法 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究一种定量评估12导联心电信号质量的新方法。方法基于12导联心电的时域波形特征,重点分析单导联心电的自相关、不同导联心电的互相关(不同导联QRS波群定位结果的差异,及重构心电与原心电的相关性),提出心电信号质量指数定量计算方法;结合直线型与饱和信号识别、链路误码与起搏脉冲滤除、运动伪迹识别等处理措施实现12导联心电信号质量评估。结果经生理数据网"挑战2011"12导联心电的测试,本方法对998例训练数据"可用"与"不可用"二元分类的准确率为93.6%,而对500例测试数据的分类准确率为89.8%。结论波形特征适于12导联心电信号质量的定量评估。 Objective To study a novel method of signal quality estimation on 12-lead Electrocardiogram( ECG). Methods The quantitative assessment of the ECG signal quality index( SQI) was obtained by analyzing the time domain feature of 12-lead ECG,especially the self-correlation of single lead ECG and the crosscorrelation between multi-leads ECG. The cross-correlation was based on the heartbeats segmentation among different ECG leads,and the correlation between the reconstructed ECG and the original ECG. Moreover,it was also used for the SQI evaluation of 12-lead ECG that the identification of signal types of line and saturation,the removing of pulses of link error and heart pacemaker,and the detection of body movement artifacts.Results The method was tested by the 12-lead ECG data of "Physio Net / Computing in Cardiology Challenge2011". For the "acceptable"and "unacceptable"record classification,accuracy of 93. 6% was obtained for998 training records,and accuracy of 89. 8% was obtained for 500 test records. Conclusion The morphology character is suitable for providing objective estimation of signal quality on 12-lead ECG.
