摘要
针对阜新接续产业选择问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了阜新在经济转型过程中的产业定位,将现代农业作为经济发展的支柱产业之一。现代杂粮发展前景广阔,杂粮作物抗逆力强,适应面广。为推动农业产业结构优化,应加速农业现代化进程,政府和相关经济部门要加强资金和政策支持,加快粮食加工业的发展、发挥科技引领作用以及健全社会保障制度,研究结果为阜新及其他经济转型城市提供参考。
For the selection of continued industry in Fuxin, using the method of inductive approach, with the analysis of the industry position in the process of economic transformation, modern agriculture is regarded as one of the pillar industries of the economic development, because with strong resilience and wide adaptability, the prospect of modern grain crops is promising. In order to promote the optimization of industrial structure of agriculture and to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization, government and related sectors should offer the financial and policy support, accelerate the development of grain processing industry, play a leading role in science and technology, and improve social security system. The findings may provide reference for the economic transformation in Fuxin and other cities.
