摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗阑尾炎患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年4月至2015年4月辽宁省盘山县人民医院收治的阑尾炎患者资料,其中52例作为观察组,均行腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术;并选取同期行传统开腹术治疗的阑尾炎患者52例作为对照组,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后进食时间、离床时间的差异。结果观察组与对照组患者手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、离床时间及进食时间均较对照组显著缩短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜技术治疗阑尾炎较传统开腹手术具有住院时间短、进食时间早、下地时间早、肠鸣音恢复时间短等优点,是临床医师治疗阑尾炎值得采用的手术方式。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods Selected in 2012 April to April 2015,Liaoning Province,Panshan County People＇s hospital admitted 52 cases patients with appendicitis as the observation group underwent laparoscopic appendicitis excision; and select the same traditional open surgery in the treatment of patients with appendicitis 52 cases as control group, compared two groups of patients with operation time,hospitalization time,borborygmus recovery time,postop- erative eating time,away from the bed time differences.Results The observation group and the control group,operation time,no significant difference（P〉0.05）;observation group patients hospitalized time,borborygmus recovery time,from the bed and eating time were lower than those in the control group significantly shortened,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic technique in the treatment of appendicitis than traditional open surgery with hospitalization time short,eating time early, early, bowel sounds recovery time shorter, clinicians treating appendicitis worthy of the operation.
