摘要
目的探讨恩替卡韦与阿德福韦酯序贯方案对干扰素治疗无应答伴肝脏损伤慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的效果。方法选取2012年6月至2013年12月锦州市传染病医院收治的96例干扰素治疗无应答伴有肝脏损伤的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组、C组,各32例。A组患者口服替比夫定,B组患者空腹口服恩替卡韦,C组采用恩替卡韦与阿德福韦酯联合治疗,比较3组患者的HBV-DNA、HBe Ag阴转率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后12周、24周,C组患者HBV-DNA及HBe Ag阴转率均明显高于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);C组患者不良反应发病率明显低于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用恩替卡韦与阿德福韦酯序贯方案治疗慢性无应答乙型病毒性肝炎,具有抗病毒效果好、较强抑制HBV DNA复制的作用,副作用少,可成为临床首选的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate entecavir and adefovir sequential program of interferon therapy without liver damage in patients with chronic hepatitis B associated with the effect of the response.Methods From December 2013 to June 2012,96 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients treated with interferon in the treatment of infectious diseases in Jinzhou city were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into A group,B group,C group and 32 cases in each group.Oral telbivudine in group A and group B patients fasting oral Tu entecavir, and group C with entecavir combination therapy of entecavir and adefovir dipivoxil,were compared in the three groups of HBV-DNA,HBeAg negative conversion rate and adverse reaction incidence.Results After 12 weeks,24 weeks,the HBV-DNA and HBeAg negative conversion rates of C group were significantly higher than those in A group and B group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in C group was significantly lower than that in A and B groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The grace of entecavir and adefovir sequential regimen treatment chronic no response to hepatitis B virus and has the advantages of good antiviral effect,strong inhibition of HBV DNA replication and side effects less,become the preferred clinical treatment scheme.
