低碳循环经济作为具有广泛社会性的前沿经济理念,对于经济的发展、环境的保护、能源的利用等具有极为深远的意义。主要从煤炭企业的特点出发,阐述了当代低碳循环经济发展理论的必要性和现实性。
The low carbon circulated economy as a frontier economic idea with a wide sociality would have ultra profound significances to the economic development, environment protection, energy utilization and others. From the features of the coal enterprises mainly, the paper stated the necessity and reality of the present low carbon circulated economic development theory.
