摘要
Resistin是脂肪来源的细胞因子,能通过多种分子途径参与到机体的代谢、炎症、自身免疫等多个方面。最初主要研究集中在肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、动脉粥样硬化等方面。随着进一步的研究发现,resistin可能参与胃癌、结直肠癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、肝癌、肺癌等多种肿瘤的发生及进展。现对resistin与肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述。
As one of adipocytokines, resistin takes part in metabolism, inflammation and autoimmunity of body by various molecular pathways. Most of initial researches focus on obesity, insulin resistance and atherosclerosis.With further study, it has been found that resistin might take part in the occurrence and progression of tumors such as gastric cancer, colorectal tumor, esophagus carcinoma, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, hepatic carcinoma and lung cancer. Now the article reviewed the research advances in the relationship between resistin and tumor.
