摘要
选择两个阶段资金约束型供应链为研究对象,以零售商和单零售商组成的二级供应链资金不足作为前提条件,分析保兑仓融资和延迟支付融资对供应链绩效的影响。应用Stackelberg博弈模型以及报童模型进行分析得出:在以制造商为主导的博弈中,不论在哪一种融资模式下,制造商都可以设计出一个合理的批发价格,使供应链达到协调,而固定费用的设置则会影响零售商对两种融资方式的选择。
This paper takes finance-constrained supply chains in two different stages as the research objects. Under the prerequisite that the two-stage supply chain is under-investment,this paper makes an analysis on the impacts of delay payment and confirmed warehouse on supply chain＇s efficiency. Through the analysis of the model based on the Stackelberg model and Newsvendor model,we found that,regardless of the kind of financing mode,manufacturers can design a reasonable wholesale price. And it can make the supply chain coordinate. The set of the fixed cost will affect the choice of the retailer of the two financing modes.
