摘要
将销售季节划分为具有相关性的两阶段,基于价格折扣研究了如何采用采用期权契约协调供应链,验证了价格折扣式期权虽然能够协调供应链却并不受供应商青睐;提出了基于退货策略的价格折扣式期权同样能够实现供应链协调.通过数值试验,发现允许未售出的产品在销售旺季结束时退货的价格折扣式期权能有效地提高供应链整体及其成员的利润,且在需求相关程度的加强和信息更新位置的延后时,效果更妩尤其是对供应商.
This paper focuses on how to adopt price-discount option contracts to coordinate the supply chain with related demand in the two phases of sales season. It proves that the contracts can coordinate the chain but is not favored by thesupplier.Moreover, the paper proposes that the price-discount option contracts based on the return policy can also achieve coordination. Numerical experiments are implemented and illustrate that the price-discount option contracts, allowing that the unsold products can be returned at the end of the sales season, is quite effective in improving the profits of the whole chain and its two members. When the demand-related coefficient is raised and the information updating location is delayed, the effects are much better, especially for the supplier.
