摘要
在汉语言文学专业毕业生的就业现状和独立学院办学特色的基础上,分析论述了独立学院汉语言文学专业培养人文应用型人才的必要性;提出了人文应用型人才是独立学院汉语言文学专业的人才培养目标;论述了人文应用型人才的培养策略:科学设置课程体系、强化综合能力、培养师资队伍、深化教学改革,以及制定科学、合理的评价体制。
The necessity of training humanistic and applied talents in Chinese language and literature major of independent college is analyzed,based on the current employment status of Chinese language and literature major graduates and the school-running characteristics of independent colleges.It proposes that,this kind of talent is the objective of personnel cultivation of Chinese language and literature major of independent college.The training strategies are expounded from the aspects of arranging the curriculum system scientifically,strengthening the comprehensive ability,improving the quality of teachers,deepening teaching reform and formulating a scientific and rational evaluation system,etc.
