基于测速发电机的宽范围实时测速算法研究

摘要 针对测速发电机采用传统模拟测速方法容易出现低转速反馈盲区问题,根据测速发电机输出的正弦感应电动势,提出了一种新的数字测速算法,实现了宽范围的实时转速精确测量。所设计的基于单片机的硬件系统架构主要包括测速模块、信号放大模块、A/D转换模块、单片机处理模块和速度输出显示模块等五个组成部分。理论计算和实验结果表明,采用提出的宽范围数字测速算法,各类基于测速发电机的测速系统能够准确、有效地测量电机的高、低转速,效果良好。 Aiming at non-detection zone of tachogenerator based on traditional analog speed measurement algorithm,especially at a low speed, a new digital speed measurement algorithm is proposed according to the output induced electromotive force of tachogenerator, which realizes to measure the real-time rotational speed with wide range and high accuracy. The hardware frame of the system mainly includes five modules: speed measuring, signal amplifier, A/D conversion, microcontroller unit and speed export and display, etc. Theoretic computation and experimental results show that according to the proposed range speed measurement algorithm, the high and low rotation speed of motor can be measured effectively and accurately with good results by using the various types of speed measurement system based on tachogenerator.
