摘要
扭转弹簧在离合踏板中可以有效降低踏板力。文中基于扭转弹簧的结构及助力原理,结合实际应用,对扭转弹簧的助力及回位过程进行系统的分析和计算,获得弹簧助力-踏板行程曲线以及初始安装角α0、弹簧刚度K、弹簧初始角φ0对弹簧助力-踏板行程曲线的影响,验证了文中所使用扭转弹簧对踏板的实际助力效果。结果表明,文中所使用的弹簧有效降低了实际离合踏板力,且与理论值接近。
Effort of clutch pedal can be reduced by torsion spring. Based on the structure and power-assisting principle of torsion spring, and combined with practical applications,this article discussed working process of torsion spring and showed the curve of assisted power-travel. Assisted power-travel curvewill be influenced by initial installation angle α0, spring stiffness K and initial spring angle φ0. The effect of effort reducing by torsion spring also wasverificated in this article. The conclusion showed that clutch pedal force was reduced to design requirement and agreed with theoretical value by the torsion spring.
