摘要
怠速起停技术有利于发动机节省燃油消耗,降低红灯怠速排放,怠速起停技术应用于发动机必须经过可靠性试验验证,确保技术成熟可靠,发动机的设计变更满足实际使用要求。按照普通交变负荷、热冲击等可靠性试验方法,不能有效、针对性的考核起停技术,文章结合起停技术的应用情况,设计带起停技术发动机可靠性试验方法。
Idle start-stop technology is conducive to the engine to save fuel consumption, reduce idle emissions. Idle start-stop technology used to engine must be verified by the reliability test, to ensure that technology is mature and reliable, design modify meet to the actual use requirements. In accordance with ordinary alternating load test, thermal shock test method, can＇t be effective, for the assessment of the start-stop technology. This paper combined with the application of start-stop technology, to design the reliability test method on engine with start-stop technology.
