摘要
实验室不仅是科研与教学的重要场所,也是培养新时代创新型人才的摇篮。针对民族院校实验教学管理的特点,分析目前管理中存在的问题,提出了相应改革策略,以确保实验室的发展符合民族院校的特殊性。
Laboratories are not only the important place for scientific research and teaching,but only the cradle to foster innovative talents of the new era. According to the features of management of libraries in national universities,the thesis analyzes the current problem in management and puts forward the corresponding reform strategies,which ensures the suitability of laboratory development for the traits of national universities.
