摘要
对呼和浩特地区银新杨叶锈病的发生状况、发生规律、病原菌孢子及侵染能力进行了系统研究。研究过程中未发现转主寄主,冬孢子能萌发但作用不明显。病原菌菌丝在冬芽中越冬,形成夏孢子堆。越冬后的夏孢子能萌发有侵染能力。性孢子器着生在银新杨韧皮部。
The occurrence situation, regularity, pathogen spore and infection ability of leaf rust for P. alba × P. alba var. pyramidalis in Hohhot have been studied systematically. There was no alternate host found during research, teliospore could germinate without obvious influence. Mycelium of pathogen can overwinter in winter bud and form uredium. Urediospore after overwintering could germinate and have infection ability. Pycnium grow in phloem of P. alba × P. alba var. pyramidalis.
