摘要
研究一种新型缓冲气囊的自充气式结构并验证新型气囊的缓冲特性。建立了气囊整体结构模型,介绍了气囊进气孔和排气孔的结构和工作原理,最后理论验证了新型缓冲气囊的缓冲特性。新型自充气式缓冲气囊需要的自带气源气体量是非自充气式缓冲气囊的1/20,采用此新型缓冲气囊时空投货物受到的冲击力是不采用时候的1/240。研究结果表明新型自充气式缓冲气囊能保证囊内气体压力充足,同时大大减少了需要自备的气体量,有效地减轻了空投系统的重量,能对空投货物起到很好的缓冲防护作用。
To study a self-inflating structure of a new cushion airbag and verify the buffer characteristics of the new airbag.It established the overall structure model of the new type airbag and gave the principle diagram of the inlet,then it introduced the structure of inlet and outlet and their operating principles,finally it theoretically verified the buffer characteristics of the new airbag.The amount of gas needed by the new self-inflating airbag was 1/20 of the opposite type airbag,and when the new cushion airbag was used,the value of the impact was 1/240 of that when the new cushion airbag was not used.It was conclusion that the new self-inflating cushion airbag could guarantee the airbag has adequate pressure,and greatly reduced the quality of the gas from the airdrop system itself,then the weight of the drop system was effectively reduced,and it had very good cushioning and protective effect on air-dropped goods.
