摘要
文化信息资源建设是"海疆万里数字文化长廊"建设的基础性工作。文章论述海疆万里数字文化长廊的文化信息资源建设应政府主导、军政共建,依托现代公共文化服务体系,以及与全国文化共享工程、国家公共文化数字支撑平台、公共电子阅览室建设、广播电视村村通工程等共建共享。
Cultural information resource development is the groundwork of Digital Culture Project along Chinese Coastal Areas. This paper discusses that cultural information resource development should be led by the government and co-constructed by civil and military authorities, based on public cultural service system. What＇ s more, the development should be cooperative with National Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project, National Digital Support Platform for Public Culture, and E-reading Room Construction, etc.
