摘要
目的医院HRP系统建设涉及到医院各个部门、多个业务系统、多种数据库、多个管理条线,其实施的成功与否会对医院的运行造成巨大影响。为了确保HRP系统建设实施效果,降低实施过程带来的风险,需要运用科学管理的手段。方法运用风险管理的基本方法,分析医院实行HRP系统过程中存在的问题与风险,设计风险管理方案。结果与结论医院HRP系统实施过程中引入行之有效的风险管理,不仅确保了系统实施效果,实现各业务系统的互联互通、医院人财物资源的整合管理,而且保证了实施过程中医院正常业务管理的稳定、避免特殊变故、消除或减少引起损失的条件和活动等。
Objective HRP system construction is associated with hospital departments, multiple business system, multiple databases and multiple management line. Whether it will be succeeded would cause huge impact to the operation of the hospital. In order to ensure the implementation effect of HRP system construction, reduce the risk caused in the process of HRP system implementation, the means of scientific management must be used. Methods By using the basic methods of risk management, the problems and risks existing in the process of HRP system construction were analyzed, then the risk management solutions were developecL Results and C0nclusion During the process of HRP system implementing, effective risk management was used not only to ensure the implementation effect of HRP system construction in terms of connecting each business system, integrating the management of the hospital human, financial and material resources, but also to ensure the stability of the normal hospital business, avoid sudden eliminate or reduce the other risks.
