摘要
以红肉火龙果品种‘石火泉’为试材,分析了9种类型果袋对火龙果果实的主要经济性状、抗逆性及内在品质的影响。结果表明:黑色尼龙网袋、牛皮纸袋可提高果实可食率,改善果皮颜色及其它经济性状;黑色尼龙网袋、双层报纸袋、报纸袋+白色塑料袋、牛皮纸袋、无纺布袋、白色纸袋等6种类型果袋能提高火龙果果实的抗逆性,有效改善果实的外观质量;牛皮纸袋可提高果实的总糖和维生素C含量,降低总酸含量,能较好地改善果实的内在品质。综合套袋对果实品质的影响,‘石火泉’火龙果宜用牛皮纸袋。
To explore the effect of bagging on the main economic characters, adversity tolerance and quality of pitaya fruit, a red-fleshed pitaya cuhivar 'Shihuoquan', as the test material, was bagged with 9 different types of bags. The results showed that black nylon mesh bag and kraft paper bag could improve edible rate of fruit, as well as fruit color and other economic characters. Six types of bags, including black nylon mesh bag, double-layer newspaper bag, newspaper bag plus white plastic bag, kraft paper bag, non-woven fabric bag, and white paper bag, could increase the adversity resistance and improve effectively the appearance quality of fruit. Kraft paper bag could increase total sugar and vitamin C content of fruit, reduce total acid content and improve internal quality of fruit. In summary, among all 9 types of bags, kraft paper bag could be an ideal type of bag for bagging fruit of pitaya cultivar 'Shihuoquan'.
