“L”入路与“八字”微创入路治疗跟骨骨折的比较 被引量:35

摘要 跟骨骨折是最常见的跗骨骨折,85%~90%为关节内骨折,跟后骨关节面多受累[1]。跟骨骨折多为跟骨轴向的暴力导致,高空坠落、车祸等是常见的致伤因素。目前移位关节内跟骨骨折的治疗多以切开复位内固定为主,其中外侧"L"切口和外侧"八字"微创切口是最常见的跟骨骨折手术入路。
