摘要
以己内酰胺、冰醋酸为原料,经开环聚合得到一定分子质量的单羧基封端的线型尼龙6。通过实验讨论了反应时间、反应温度、反应程度对产物的影响,并用红外光谱对试样进行了结构表征。实验结果表明,当反应温度为240℃,反应时间为3h,原料摩尔配比为1∶8,排水量为2.95g时,为最佳反应条件。以端基为8个伯氨基的树枝状化合物[PAE(NH_2)_8]和尼龙6为原料合成树枝状尼龙6。测试了树枝状尼龙6和线型尼龙6的熔融指数、冲击强度、DSC和TGA,发现树枝状尼龙6的熔融指数和冲击强度分别是线型尼龙6的1.21倍和1.74倍,玻璃化转变温度高出6.4℃,说明树枝状聚(胺-酯)对尼龙6在韧性、成型加工性能和使用温度范围等方面进行了改性。
Single carboxyl terminated linear nylon 6with a certain molecule weigh was synthesized from caprolactam and acetic acid with ring-opening polymerization.Effects of reaction time and reaction temperature on the extent of reaction were discussed by experiment.The structure of product was identified by FT-IR.The best reaction condiction was that reaction temperature 240℃,reaction time 3h,the mole ratio of raw materials 1∶8and the drainage quantity 2.95 g.Dendritic nylon 6(PAE-PA6)was synthesized from dendrimer with 8amines[PAE(NH2)8]and linear nylon 6(PA6).The impact strength and melt index of PAE-PA6 was 1.74 and 1.21 times than of PA6 respectively.It was explained that nylon 6was modified by PAE(NH2)8successfully in toughness,molding processability and temperature range.
