视网膜分支静脉阻塞眼部血流动力学的超声观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)与眼部血流动力学变化的相关性。方法检测BRVO患眼65只眼、对侧临床健康眼65只眼,及正常对照组38例(76只眼)行眼部彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查,观察患者眼动脉(OA)、睫状后短动脉(PCA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)及视网膜中央静脉(CRV)最大血流速度(Vmax)的变化。结果患眼CRV的Vmax明显低于正常对照眼,OA、PCA、CRA的PSV、EDV明显减低,RI较对照组升高;患眼CRV的Vmax明显低于健眼,余血流动力学参数无显著差异;临床健康眼CRV的Vmax低于正常眼,PCA、CRA的PSV、EDV低于正常眼,RI有增加但无统计学意义。结论对BRVO患者血流状况进行超声检测,可直观的反映球后血管动力学改变,从血流动力学角度为临床预防和治疗BRVO提供有价值的理论依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation of the branch retinal vein occlusion( BRVO) and ocular hemodynamics changes in color Doppler flow imaging. Methods Measurements of ocular hemodynamics parameters( PSV,EDV,RI) in ophthalmic artery( OA),short posterior the ciliary artery( PCA),central retinal artery( CRA),as well Vmax in central retinal vein( CRV) were performed in the 65 patients with BRVO( both involved eyes and fellow eyes)and in normal eyes( n = 76) by using color Doppler flow imaging( CDFI) technique. Results Vmax of CRV in the BRVO eyes was significantly lower than those in normal eyes. PSV and EDV were significantly reduced,while RI was significantly higher in OA,PCA and CRA in BRVO eyes than in normal eyes. Vmax in CRV BRVO eyes was significantly lower than that in the fellow eyes. No other hemodynamic parameters were different between the BRVO eyes and fellow eyes.However,all these hemodynamic measurements were poorer in fellow eyes than in normal eyes they did not reach the statistical significance. Conclusion The CDFI indirectly measures the blood flow condition of the eye. These hemodynamic data would provide important information for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of BRVO.
