成形磨削双圆弧齿轮及其应用

Application of Double Circular Tooth Gear by Using Form Grinding Method

摘要 针对硬齿面双圆弧齿轮存在的砂轮端面廓形计算复杂、磨削干涉的问题提出了一种成形磨削方法。根据齿轮啮合原理,得到双圆弧齿轮的基本齿廓和齿面方程式。在此基础上,对双圆弧齿轮的成形磨削接触条件和砂轮廓形进行求解。最后,在双圆弧齿轮成形磨削实例中,分别通过仿真切削加工和磨齿实验验证所提方法的有效性。实验结果表明,该方法有效地解决了硬齿面双圆弧齿轮成形磨削的技术难题。 Due to the computational complexity of grinding wheel profile and grinding interference in the process of grinding double circular tooth gear,a form grinding method is proposed. The gear tooth profile and tooth surface equations of the double circular tooth gear are obtained based on the principle of gear engagement.On this basis,the solution of form grinding contact condition and grinding wheel profile of double circular tooth are carried out. The method is verified by VERICUT simulation and form grinding experiment respectively. The results show that the proposed method can solve the technical problem of the double circular tooth gear by form grinding method.
