摘要
根据高校新校区的用电特性对新校区供配电方案进行研究。为保证新校区用电的合理性、可靠性、经济性和可持续性,从电力工程的规划、设计、施工等方面入手进行论述,同时根据新校区自身特性,着重分析并优化各变配电所规划设置原则、各级用电单位的高低压配电形式,选用新型空气绝缘小型中置式高压开关柜,并提出一种利用同时系数的新校区多级负荷预测方法。
Research on the power supply and distribution plan for new campus is carried out according to the power utilization features of the campus. In order to ensure the reasonability,reliability, economy and sustainability of power utilization of the new campus, research is made and it begins from the planning, design, and construction firstly. Besides, according to the characteristics of the new campus, the planning and setting principles for substation and distribution stations, and the distribution form of high-voltage and low-voltage power for power utilization units at all levels are analyzed and improved, and new-type air insulation small mid-set ligh-voltage switch cabinet is adopted. A multilevel load forecasting method by use of simultaneous factors is proposed for the new campus.
