摘要
通过对管壳式换热器的分析,在基本的热平衡和传热方程基础上建立了系统的壳程热损失方程组,由此可以计算出热损失,管壳、保温层等各个壁面的温度。文章给出了部分解析解,并给出了完整解的数值方法和求解步骤。该算法收敛稳定,为换热器的热力计算和工程设计提供了完整的热损失解决方案,且已经应用于某国产软件中。最后给出一个手工迭代计算实例。
Based on the analysis of tube-shell heat-exchanger, the entire equations group of heat transfer was created, so as to calculate the heat loss and each wall temperature of tube shell and heat preservation layer, etc. It presents the part analytic solution and entire way of calculation. The convergence of algorithm is of stability, and this algorithm can provide an entire heat-loss solution for heat-exchanger thermodynamic calculation and engineering design, which is already applied in the domestic software. At last, an example of its application (manual iterative computation) was given.
