摘要
重庆市高校大学生就业问题跟社会和教育等各个系统都有很密切的联系,但本文从公共管理的角度进行了分析,分析了就业结构性矛盾是专业结构与市场需求之间的错位和学历层次与社会需求不对称等问题,从政府应建立健全就业保障制度、加强宏观调控和加大对中小型企业的支持这三方面提出措施。
Employment problem of college students in Chongqing is closely connected with social and education system. But the author of this articele analyzed from the perspective of public management,and considered that the structural contradiction of employment is the mismatch between professional structure and the market demand and asymmetric problems such as education level and social needs. And she raised the suggestions that the government should establish and perfect the system of employment security,strengthen macro regulation and control and increase support for small and medium enterprises.
