摘要
目的探讨彩超监测胎儿RA血流指标对胎儿宫内窘迫的预测价值。方法针对我院自2014年12月~2015年7月检查的60位孕妇出现的胎儿宫内窘迫患者,对其阻力的指数、搏动的指数以及RA血流的指标进行彩色超声监测并其数据资料进行记录、对比分析。结果通过一段时间的彩色超声监测后发现,我院的60位宫内窘迫的胎儿,其阻力的指标、搏动的指标以及RA血流的指标均得到了很好的预测价值。对比前后,P〈0.05。全部宫内窘迫的胎儿患者都得到良好的预测效果。结论彩色超声监测胎儿RA血流指标对胎儿宫内窘迫有非常好的预测价值,有准确、方便等特点。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in monitoring the fetal RA blood flow index in the prediction of feta distress. Methods In our hospital from 2014.12 to 2015.7,60 pregnan women were examined intrauterine distress,its resistance index,pulse index and RA blood flow index for color ultrasound monitoring and its data records,comparative analysis. Results After a period of color ultrasound monitoring,we found that 60 of our hospital＇s fetal distress,the resistance of the index,the pulse of the index and RA blood flow index were very good prediction value. Before and after the comparison,P0.05 All patients with intrauterine fetal distress had a good predictive effect Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound monitoring of fetal RA blood flow indicators for fetal distress,a very good prediction of the value of the value and has the characteristics of accurate,convenient,etc.,is widely used in large hospitals.
